Insurance Policy
Insurance and benefits coverage can be incredibly complex and difficult to navigate leaving many questions and headaches.
That's why FMFC does not participate with any insurance plans. Instead, we offer our services at an EXTREMELY discounted cash pay rate that will almost ALWAYS beat your copay amount.
